Get to know LeanOS, at your own pace.
Eleven short films, about 23 min in all, set in one real plant and covering every module. Start wherever is most useful to you. Whenever you would like to talk it through, we would be glad to.
Tasks, in LeanOS.
Every module creates work. Today it lives on a board, on a call, in a notebook, in somebody's memory. So things slip.
LeanOS puts everything you owe in one list, lets you clear it in one pass, and never lets an overdue item hide.
Every action from every module lands here: a defect from an audit, a countermeasure from a root cause, a kaizen to verify, a lesson to acknowledge, a skill to sign off. From a checklist to every single module.
Open Mine. 16 things: one high, eight medium, seven routine, and five decisions other people are waiting on. It even tells you where to start: the overdue lane.
Clear in one pass. One document to acknowledge: tap, done. Five decisions: take them one at a time, with the evidence.
Before you verify, AI tells you what's missing: the lesson, the standard that changed, and here, no after-photo on the record. Verify and close, send it back, or open the full case.
The full case shows whether it worked: two checks, both passed. Close it, and it's one less thing, everywhere.
If you're a manager, switch to your team. Who owns what, how many are open, and the oldest thing on each person's list.
Overdue first, later after. And every task opens where it came from: tap a defect, and you're on the Defects board.
Select a few and act on them together: move the date, with a reason, or hand them over to someone else.
So everything goes from the module to the list, and from the list back to the module. One list, and every module stays true.
