Get to know LeanOS, at your own pace.
Eleven short films, about 23 min in all, set in one real plant and covering every module. Start wherever is most useful to you. Whenever you would like to talk it through, we would be glad to.
Quality, in LeanOS.
Rejects get counted, and maybe written down. But nobody adds up what they cost, so nobody knows which one to fix first.
LeanOS puts a price on every reject: the cost of poor quality, live, with every open non-conformance and every action behind it.
Log a non-conformance in any language. Type it the way the line says it, and AI drafts the record: the source, the severity, the defect, the quantity and the cost.
Decide what happens to the product: rework it, scrap it, return it, or use it as it is. The status follows the case.
Every NCR gets its CAPAs: a corrective action to fix this one, and a preventive action so it never comes back. Each with an owner and a date.
When it keeps coming back, escalate it to a root cause, with everything already filled in. Then close the loop, and AI suggests the lesson to share.
And every action is tracked until it's done, verified, and on time.
One aisle, one machine, five modules. Found on an audit, reported as a near miss, solved at the root, priced as a reject, and fixed for good by maintenance. That's LeanOS.
