Get to know LeanOS, at your own pace.
Eleven short films, about 23 min in all, set in one real plant and covering every module. Start wherever is most useful to you. Whenever you would like to talk it through, we would be glad to.
Maintenance, in LeanOS. Part one: from a shout to a fix.
Today, when a machine stops, the operator shouts for maintenance, or makes a call. Nothing gets written down. So the fix is never recorded, and the same breakdown comes back.
LeanOS starts where the problem starts: on the floor, in the operator's own words. Every machine keeps its history. And AI turns that history into savings.
The operator opens Report a problem and types what's wrong, in any language. AI drafts the work order: the machine, the type, the priority. Raise it, and get back to the line.
Every machine in the plant is already in LeanOS, so every problem lands on the right one and becomes part of its history.
On the technician's phone, it's waiting in My Work. Start the job. Scan the part you used. Log your time. Then mark it done, with what fixed it, and a photo.
The time from start to done is your mean time to repair, measured with no extra system. And the fix joins the machine's history, for good.
And everything you record here feeds what's coming in part three: the AI morning.
Next: plan the work. Machines, parts and people.
